Formula of Performance

The client wanted an immersive experience based
on Formula 1 as a metaphor for speed and teamwork under
pressure. On a professional track, participants built
and raced F1 cars, while pit stops highlighted
the importance of communication and efficiency. The event was rounded out by an F1-themed evening featuring decorations, simulators, and quizzes, creating a cohesive, engaging experience.

Values in Action

The client needed an idea for an activity that
would help employees understand the company’s new values
and apply them to their daily work. Teams created
stop-motion animations dedicated to specific
values, translating abstract concepts into
clear, team-based stories. The finale was a festival-style
screening with voting and awards, which increased
engagement and a sense of shared responsibility.

Mosaic of Our Possibilities

The client was looking for an engaging team-building project,
one that would showcase the company’s new logo in an artistic way.
Participants worked together to create a mosaic of photos
inspired by pop culture, culminating in
the unveiling of the logo, and the event was capped off with a pop art-themed evening
featuring a vibrant setting, games, and quizzes, creating
a memorable team experience,

Multi Culti Master Chef

We were tasked with organizing a team-building activity that would demonstrate how
diversity and different perspectives lead to
a common goal. During the day-long game, teams discovered
encrypted recipes from around the world, and in the evening combined them to prepare an international menu together. The result was collaboration based on the exchange of experiences and a sense of shared success.

Maszyna CSR

The client was looking for an engaging team project
based on close collaboration and CSR initiatives.
Participants first assembled birdhouses on their own
and then connected them into a single shared
structure—a striking chain reaction in which
every element mattered. After the team-building event concluded, everyone took their birdhouses and installed them in selected locations, giving the project a lasting, responsible dimension.
